How much does the event package cost?

$85 per attendee for a weekend of friends, fun, and good times.


What IS included in the event package?

Campus will abound with activities on Friday including open classroom hours, a poetry reading by Amy Lemmon '85, nationally prominent speakers, an all campus community dinner on the JAYwalk with live music, and a bonfire on the Hill.  Saturday kicks off with the Battling Bishop Tailgate lunch before the 1:00 p.m. game against Carnegie Mellon.  During the football game a reunion gathering with snacks and a private bar will be available at your reunion headquarters.  Greek open houses and the Men's Lacrosse Alumni game will round out the afternoon.  Evening festivities include a cocktail hour and reunion dinner.


What IS NOT included in the event package?

The Conference Center at NorthPointe has been rented to accommodate returning alumni and friends for the 25th Cluster Reunion.  Standard rooms (1 queen bed, single occupancy) are $110 per night.  Suites (2 queen beds, double occupancy) are $130 per night.  Additional guests can be added to rooms for $30 per night.  Guests of the hotel will enjoy private shuttle service to and from campus on Saturday.  Special events have been planned for those staying at the Center on Friday at the Center's private pub and game room as well as Saturday's after party.  A Sunday brunch option is also available for reunion guests.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refunds for the $85 reunion activities package will be honored for cancellation requests recived until 5:00 PM on September 30, 2010.  Please check with the Conference Center at NorthPointe for information about their cancellation policy.
